ICEFSC Skating Programs

Iceland Competitive Edge Figure Skating Club (ICEFSC) Membership

Whether you are a beginning figure skater, or a competitive figure skater, we have a program for you!  PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FOR ICEFSC CLUB MEMBERSHIP FORMS.

Adults who have never skated as well as adults who learned to skate as children are all welcome in our Learn To Skate classes, which offer a structured program tailored especially to meet the needs of adult skaters.  Adult skating offers an enjoyable way of staying fit and healthy, and there are also many opportunities for adults to compete at the local or national level. As skaters master the basic elements of the sport of figure skating, those who wish to progress further in the sport may elect to become a full member of the ICEFSC and pursue private lessons. A variety of membership options are available, including a one time, special, reduced rate, introductory membership available to skaters who have held only Super Skaters/Basic Skills/Learn To Skate level memberships, before becoming a full ICEFSC member. The ICEFSC membership year runs from July 1st to June 30th.

Once skaters have mastered basic skills, they generally choose one or more discipline within figure skating on which to focus, such as:

  • Free Style
  • Ice Dance
  • Pairs Skating
  • Synchronized Skating

Full membership in ICEFSC includes:

  • U.S. Figure Skating membership
  • Full voting rights within ICEFSC
